Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed and insured in Virginia, and licensed to install in North Carolina. Ask us for the paperwork and we will send it the same day.

What areas do you cover?

Can you find my tank if I do not know where it is?

Yes. We locate it from the plumbing exit, the grade of the yard and probing, and county permit records often have the original drawing. We can fit risers while we are there so nobody has to dig again.

When do I need a permit?

A permit is required when installing a new drain field or repairing an existing drain field. We prepare and submit that paperwork as part of the job.

How soon can you come out?

Emergencies get priority. Call us and we will tell you honestly when we can get there. Routine work is usually within a few days.
